A project registration certificate is issued to the investor, enabling him to obtain the exemptions, privileges, and guarantees stipulated in Investment Law No. 3 of 2025.

This service allows project owners to amend the legal form and any clause of the company's articles of association in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Establishing an institution or a holding company to register an investment project

Issuing a certificate of commencement of activity for the project, which proves that the project has become actually and practically implemented in reality and has begun its commercial activity, and that it is entitled to other exemptions, including exemption of production inputs for the project.

Issuing a certificate of adding production inputs allows the investor to add production inputs to the investment project

Issuing a certificate of modification of the project’s equipment so that it is exempt from customs duties and any exemptions or facilities granted to the equipment, devices and machinery of investment projects registered with the Authority.

Issuing a decision to exempt production inputs for the project grants the investor the exemptions, privileges, and guarantees stipulated in Investment Law No. 15 of 2010 and the privileges granted to projects registered with the Authority by other government agencies. The investor is allowed to import specific raw materials without paying the usual customs duties, after reviewing the application and ensuring its compliance with the necessary terms and requirements.

Issuing a certificate to renew the project implementation stages specified in the project registration certificate, allowing the project to import exempted machinery, equipment and devices during the extended period

Issuing a production input modification certificate allows the investor to modify the production inputs of the investment project

Issuing a project ownership modification certificate based on a transfer from the project owner to the new owner

Issuing a certificate of modification and transfer of the project site to a new location. The new location is studied and based on the suitability of the new location, a certificate of modification of the site is issued.

Issuing a certificate of adding machinery to the project, so that it is exempt from customs duties and any exemptions or facilities granted to machinery, equipment and devices of investment projects registered with the Authority.

Issuing a replacement document for the original document issued by the General Investment Authority

Issuing a certificate to change the project name from a general name to a trade name based on the trade name registration certificate at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Issuing a certificate of cancellation of a certificate, decision or license for the project

This service allows companies or individuals to obtain an official certificate confirming that the product has met all the standards approved by the relevant authorities
