أن يكون المشروع قائما فعلي ضمن القطاعات الاقتصادية المشمولة بقانون الاستثمار رقم )3( لسنة 1446هـ / 2025م
إلتـــزام المشـــروع بالضوابـــط البيئيـــة والفنيـــة والصحيـــة ذات العلاقة بطبيعـــة النشـــاط، والحصـــول علـــى الموافقات مـــن الجهـــات المختصة
أن لا يكون المشروع محل نزاع قضائي جوهري يؤثر على ملكيته أو على استمرار نشاطه، و أن يتم الإفصاح عن أي نزاع قائم عند تقديم طلب الاستفادة
