Issuance of a production input exemption certificate
Service description
Issuing a decision to exempt production inputs for the project grants the investor the exemptions, privileges, and guarantees stipulated in Investment Law No. 15 of 2010 and the privileges granted to projects registered with the Authority by other government agencies. The investor is allowed to import specific raw materials without paying the usual customs duties, after reviewing the application and ensuring its compliance with the necessary terms and requirements.
