أن يكون تصريح العمل الصادر من مكتب العمل بالهيئة العامة للاستثمار مجدد ولمدة عام، وبالنسبة للعاملين في الحقل الطبي من الأجانب يشترط أن يكون ترخيص مزاولة المهنة مجدد كذلك وساري المفعول لمدة عام
